Test-Retest Reliability of Total Health-Related Quality of Life

In a sample of 1090 clients with HIV/AIDS, the test-retest correlation for the Total Quality of Life Score is .581. For a subgroup of 561 clients who received their first and last assessments between 6 and 18 months apart, the test-retest correlation for the Total Quality of Life Score is .589.

The total quality of life composite demonstrates evidence of reliability over periods of more than a year.
