Healthcare Utilization, Gender, and Impact of Symptoms at Enrollment

Results from regression analyses show that scores on a number of symptom severity indices significantly predict levels of healthcare utilization.

Self-reported health care utilization levels are significantly, but modestly, related to self-reported symptom severity.
