Total Individuals Trained

Training is an important way of improving the overall HIV/AIDS services system. Between the start of funding on October 1, 1994, and the final data summary including information through June 15, 1999, the Cooperative Agreement Projects have trained 2344 males, 7238 females, and 353 individuals whose gender was not identified.

Close to 10,000 individuals have been trained by the Cooperative Agreement Projects in topics of HIV/AIDS services. The collective experiences of these trainees serve to inform HIV services training, in general.
