A Cooperative Agreement Program funded by the HIV/AIDS Bureau of the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Special Project of National Significance
The CCHER Haitian Community AIDS Outreach Project was a culturally competent psychosocial educational-counseling and case management program that has addressed the emotional and educational needs of HIV-positive Haitians in Boston. Grant Number: BRU 900123-01-0.
