Qualitative Evaluation Report
This report discusses approaches used by the Infrastructure - Advocacy Work Group to
develop, improve, and/or refine HIV care and service delivery systems. The Infrastructure
- Advocacy Work Group consists of the Center for Women Policy Studies, Hektoen Institute
for Medical Research/Cook County HIV Primary Care Center, Health Initiatives for Youth,
Indiana Community AIDS Action Network, Michigan Protection and Advocacy Service, Missouri
Department of Health, SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, and the University of Texas
Health Science at San Antonio.
