Introduction

Welcome to SPNS/Fax: An Electronic Report from HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreements. In each issue of SPNS/Fax, we will highlight findings from the HRSA Special Projects of National Significance Program Cooperative Agreements. The projects have been funded to develop innovative models of HIV/AIDS care. SPNS/Fax reports are distributed every two weeks by fax machine to all subscribers. All issues of SPNS/Fax are also available at this Web site. Due to slight differences in the media, issues distributed by fax machine may appear slightly different from those posted on this Web site, but the content is identical.

XI International Conference on AIDS

The XI International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver, BC from July 7-12, 1996, will be brimming with activity. SPNS/Fax is pleased to announce the participation of 11 of the 27 HRSA SPNS Cooperative Agreement Projects and the Steering Committee in this upcoming conference. Presentations that are posters are assigned to a one-day viewing (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) which includes a discussion session with poster authors from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. The following lists the dates, authors, and titles of the papers by HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreements. Check the conference program for details.
