Seven Cooperative Agreement projects provided 604 trainings to 6,638 trainees. The immediate post-training reactions to the training experience were very positive (mean = 4.36; s.d. = .60, on a scale from poor (1) to excellent (5)). On average, the trainings experienced were perceived as between " very good" and " excellent." Trainees who were private sector employees of health care agencies rated training quality highest, while private sector trainees not in health care organizations and government employees gave somewhat lower ratings.
