Main Purpose The purpose of this module is to assess satisfaction with services.
Description
  • Codes major aspects of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with services.
  • Overall ratings of satisfaction with services, perception of service providers, importance rankings for service issues, perceived barriers, likelihood of future use, and positive recommendations to family and peers.
  • Codes general issues for all populations.
  • Codes special issues relevant to youth, older adults, ethnic/cultural minorities, and women.
Target Projects for Form
  • Projects treating individual clients or patients.
  • Projects assessing service outcome or utilization.
Major Evaluation Function
  • Measuring change and outcome for client-focused projects.
  • Predictor or correlate of service utilization.
  • Predictor or correlate of client outcome.
Comments
  • The module represents the core group of items for the client satisfaction instrument. Additional satisfaction items can be customized for individual projects in collaboration with TMG.
