New Style Introduced in March 1999
As the information on our web site has grown, we have become concerned that it takes too long for individual web pages to load because of the graphics-rich design. Effective March 1999, you will see that our web site has been redesigned, primarily to shorten the time it takes for web pages to load. We have done this by converting graphic elements into "hypertext" lines. For instance, the "buttons" that run along the left side of many pages have been converted from graphic buttons into simple text boxes. We hope you like our new web design which has been created by Jason Shyres and George Huba and that you will find that navigating our site is much quicker.
