Transitions in Our Design Team The first version of our web site was designed by a team that included Clayton Meixel as the major coder of the site. Clayton got us up and running in HTML and worked with us for six months to add the initial content to the site. After Clayton, Tai Kuo added about 75 percent of our current content and worked with our team to streamline the look and feel of the site. Tai was primarily responsible for implementing our design changes onto the site over an 18 month period. Now that Clayton has gone back to Law School and Tai has left to pursue a Masters in Public Health, Jason Shyres of our staff is taking over as the primary person in charge of implementing design changes on the site and adding new materials. For the past six months, Jason worked with Tai on the site. We look forward to the changes that Jason will help us make in the site as he adds his skills to those of Tai and Clayton and our ongoing team including Lisa Melchior and myself. Watch for the new Knowledge Base that we are designing during the Summer of 1998. This Knowledge Base will allow you to search our site for facts on programs about HIV/AIDS care as well as for methods used in evaluating the outcomes of such programs. The Knowledge Base will be continuously implemented by our staff starting in August 1998. Thank you. George J. Huba, Ph.D.
