Evaluation
of John A. Hartford Foundation Program Initiative on Geriatric
Nursing Prior Evaluation and Dissemination CentersThe Measurement Group has been responsible for two large cross-cutting evaluation centers for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in its national demonstration programs carried out through its Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) program. The two evaluation centers collectively have served 37 national demonstration projects which included more than 100 provider and subcontractor agencies. The sections referenced here explain the major intents of those evaluation centers, list the projects, show major products developed in collaboration with the individual projects, and access reports, technical materials, presentations at grantee meetings by the Evaluation and Dissemination Centers and by individual grantee projects. Each section may be considered as a cumulative, five-year record of the intent, methods, and results from the individual projects and the collective efforts as coordinated and conducted by the Evaluation and Dissemination Center.
