Brief Summary of Evaluation Projects Funded by the 
SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP)


Since 1988, The Measurement Group has actively participated in a number of major evaluations and related management studies including the following projects:

 

·         Evaluation of a substance abuse, HIV, and Hepatitis prevention program provided by PROTOTYPES for young adults re-entering the community from the criminal justice system in greater Los Angeles, funded by the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). (2005-2010)

·         Evaluation of a substance abuse and HIV prevention program for at-risk youth in greater Los Angeles provided by PROTOTYPES, funded by the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). (2001-2004)

·         Evaluation of a substance abuse prevention program for women with HIV/AIDS and their families at PROTOTYPES WomensLink in Inglewood, California, funded by the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). (1999-2002)

·         Evaluation, statistical analysis, report writing and psychological testing in a three-year study of a day treatment substance abuse treatment-prevention program for women and their children in Ventura, California, funded by SAMHSA/CSAP. (1991-1994)
