Evaluation Modules on the World Wide Web
As part of its work for the Evaluation and Dissemination Center for the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau's Special Projects of National Significance Cooperative Agreements, The Measurement Group developed a large number of evaluation modules to be used in studies of HIV/AIDS treatment, training, and infrastructure development. Most of the modules are shown in this section along with the context for their development and instructions for completing the forms. These forms were originally developed, in many cases, to be scanned.

An archive of evaluation and research reports by The Measurement Group. This archive is being expanded to cover a large number of reports on topics related to human services program evaluations, needs assessments, and research into what makes a good program.
